Some students have decided to quit using agenda's.
We talked about this this morning and I informed everyone that agenda use is not an option.
They are to help students organize themselves.
Students are to write down on the day what they have for homework.
They are also to go ahead in the agenda and write down on the due date what longer-term assignment is due.
Please make sure to check your child's agenda daily.
I will continue with the webpage but I feel that the agenda helps the students organize themselves and be clearer on due dates and activities.

Over-night sleepover or sleepout?
A challenge has been issued! And we are answering!
Heffley Creek Elementary has challenged other elementary schools in the district to take part in the ONE NIGHT OUT CHALLENGE!
On February 25th, we are hoping to demystify homelessness.
Youth across North America will take one night out to dispel the myths and raise awareness of homelessness in their communities.
Students will be brining home a permission form and asking some of their parents (hopefully you :) to spend the night of February 25th with us in Pac Way's school gym.
Look for the permission form tomorrow....
